We are currently looking to recruit
experienced soccer coaches with a minimum of a USSF 'D' License
or equivalent NSCAA State Diploma, to coach in club training
programs, camps and clinics across Minnesota.
Job Title:
Club Development & Academy Coach
Ideal candidates will have the following
profile:

Male or Female

Aged 18 years +

No criminal record
(FSA will ascertain criminal record clearance for all staff)

Hold a recognized
coaching award

Can demonstrate at
least 1-2 years of regular coaching activity

Excellent coaching
references Hold a valid driving license and willing to drive
in the USA

Has the ability to
activate the players and create a fun competitive learning
environment
Position Type: 6, 9 or 12 month
contracts available.
Salary: FSA has a salary system which is
based on coach’s qualification level and experience. We offer
competitive coaching salaries.
Daily Duties: Soccer coaching for travel
level soccer players aged 9-14 yrs including: Team Training,
Skills Clinics, Player Assessments, Match Analysis, Coach
Assessments, Coaching Games, Try-Outs, Summer Camps and Winter
Clinics.
(All training will be
provided for these duties prior to the start of your contract)
Uniform:
Coaches will be fully equipped with Soccer FSA branded uniform,
including coaching shirts & warm ups.
Training: Prior to
commencing employment coaches will attend an orientation event,
where the coaches will receive training from experts in sport
coaching, management and soccer. This will continue through
their employment as part of their FSA Coach Training Program'.
